All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before production begins.

4. Production & Delivery

As all items are made to order, production times may vary. Estimated timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
Victori Studio is not liable for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

At Victori Studio, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and premium quality.

Each garment is made to order using carefully selected fabrics and constructed with attention to detail.

Eligibility for Refunds

If your item arrives with a structural defect (including stitching faults, fabric issues, or sizing inconsistencies), you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Repairs Beyond 7 Days

After the 7-day return period, refunds are no longer available. However, if a fault arises due to our production process, we will repair the garment at no cost.

Repairs do not cover:

Wear and tear
Improper care
Misuse or mishandling
Important Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
All orders are non-refundable unless a structural defect is confirmed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a production fault is confirmed, Victori Studio will cover shipping.
