Each item is prepared to the highest standard before it reaches you, and we expect it to be returned in the same condition.

Rental Terms
All rental garments are available for a fixed period of 3 days.
The rental duration begins from the day the item is delivered or collected.
Late returns may incur additional charges.

Condition & Responsibility
By renting from VICTORI, you agree to handle each garment with care.

All items must be returned in their original condition, free from any damage, alterations, or excessive wear.

If a garment is returned with any form of damage, you will be held responsible for the full retail value of the item.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Tears, stains, or fabric damage
• Missing components (buttons, fastenings, embellishments)
• Irreversible alterations or misuse
