Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives with a structural defect (such as stitching faults, fabric issues, or sizing inconsistencies), you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of
receiving your order.

To request a return, please email us at returns@victoristudio.co.za with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting images of the garment.

Repairs Beyond 7 Days
After the 7-day return period, refunds are no longer available. However, if a fault arises due to our production process, we will gladly repair the garment at no
cost.

Please note that repairs are only applicable to issues caused during production. We are unable to cover damage resulting from wear and tear, improper care, or
mishandling.

Important Information
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• All orders are non-refundable unless a structural defect is present.
• Shipping associated with returns or repairs is the responsibility of the customer. If a confirmed production fault is identified, VICTORI will cover the shipping costs.
