Returns and Refunds

At VICTORI, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and premium quality.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Custom-made, bespoke, and made-to-order garments are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery.

  • Process: To request a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at info@victoristudio.co.za. Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

Refunds

  • Approval Process: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

  • Exclusions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is the result of an error made by VICTORI or where the item received is defective.

Exchanges

VICTORI does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, you may return the original item in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-sized, bespoke or made-to-order garments.

  • Items purchased on final sale.

  • Accessories.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once verified, VICTORI will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • If you choose to arrange your own return delivery, the item must be securely packaged. VICTORI cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned.
